What To Bring To Camp:

Help your kids stay active! Switch out those computer and phone screens for some sunscreen. Check out what you need to bring to camp and to leave at home. Please remember that the Y is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

A Great Attitude

If your child arrives at Camp with a great attitude and is looking forward to having fun, they are going to have a great time.

Sack Lunch

Lunch will not be provided, but we welcome you to send your child’s  lunch with your their name clearly written on it. We do not have refrigeration or microwave capabilities so please pack accordingly. Lunches may be brought in a lunch bag or if it needs to be kept cool, please use a lunchbox with cooler packs.

Bathing Suit & Towel

Make sure to pack the swimsuit and towel in a plastic bag. It is also a good idea to mark the child’s first and last name on both the towel and the suit. We also ask that swimsuits be modest for both boys and girls.

Swim Goggles and/or Ear Plugs

If your child prefers swim goggles or ear plugs for lessons, make sure to pack them as we do not have extras here at Camp. Goggles cannot cover the nose or mouth. Please label the goggles with your child’s name.

Sunscreen

Please apply to your child before dropping off. Our counselors will remind campers to apply their sunscreen. Make sure to match the SPF with your child’s needs.

Bug Spray

Please apply to your child before dropping off. Our counselors will remind campers and assist them in spraying. Make sure to match the best fit of bug spray with your child’s needs. We will be in a heavily wooded area.

Water Bottle

Active campers get thirsty and need refreshment often, so make sure that you send a water bottle with them. Please make sure to label the water bottles! We will have water stations for refills throughout the camp.

Leave Home

We ask that you please leave at home the following items: Electronics, toys, phones, weapons, tobacco products, illegal drugs and alcohol.
