What To Bring To Camp:
Help your kids stay active! Check out what you need to bring to camp and to leave at home. Please remember that the Y is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
A Great Attitude
If your child arrives at Camp with a great attitude and is looking forward to having fun, they are going to have a great time.
Face Mask or Face shield
Please have your child bring a face mask or face shield with them to camp.
Lunch will not be provided, but we welcome you to send your child’s lunch with your their name clearly written on it. We do not have refrigeration or microwave capabilities so please pack accordingly. Lunches may be brought in a lunch bag or if it needs to be kept cool, please use a lunchbox with cooler packs.
Active campers get thirsty and need refreshment often, so make sure that you send a water bottle with them. Please make sure to label the water bottles! We will have water stations for refills throughout the camp.
Sunscreen and/or Bug Spray
Spring time can still be sunny, so if your child needs sunscreen make sure to match the SPF with your child’s needs. If your child needs to bring bug spray please include that as well.
Rain Coat or Light Jacket
Indiana weather is unpredictable, so please make sure your child has a rain coat or a light jacket. We will be outside enjoying all that nature has to offer!
We ask that you please leave at home the following items: Electronics, toys, phones, weapons, tobacco products, illegal drugs and alcohol.
Bring a Change of Clothes
Please have kids dressed in clothes and shoes that can get dirty and also pack a change of clothes in case clothes get wet from being outside.
