Bring Your Team Together
Don’t settle for an ordinary team building exercise when you can experience a fully professionally facilitated program! Our team building activities are designed to:
- Enhance individual and team growth
- Strengthen your team’s bond, trust, and communication
- Provide valuable insights and applicable skills for your teammates
Participants will engage in a mix of team challenges, facilitated leadership activities, and adventure course elements, including time on our high ropes course and zip line (up to 2 hours). All our team-building experiences are tailored to fit your team’s needs.

Pricing
Half-Day Program (4 hours): $1,000
Full-Day Program (8 hours): $2,000
Our programming is specifically designed for groups of 20 participants or fewer per session to ensure an engaging and effective experience. Although we can accommodate larger groups, it’s important to note that these arrangements may require full-day programming to adequately meet the needs of all participants. We understand that every organization has unique requirements, so we are pleased to offer customized programming solutions tailored to the specific objectives and goals of your company or business. By collaborating closely with you, we can develop a program that aligns with your vision and maximizes the impact on your team.

Availability
Programs are scheduled based on organizational needs. Half-day packages through June through July. Full day packages available beginning August.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (outside of day camp priority programming)

Y in the Sky
REQUIREMENTS AND FAQs
- Minimum Age: 7 years
- Maximum Weight: 275 pounds
- Minimum Height: Approximately 4ft 6in
- Youth Must Be Supervised: One participating adult (18 and older) must supervise the youth ages 7-9.
Dress Code & Safety
- Close-toed shoes only, no flip flops, sandals, or crocs
- No dresses or skirts
- Not recommended for guests with recent surgery, pregnancy, a heart condition or back/neck issues
- No one under the influence allowed
- All participants must have a signed waiver — checked at arrival.
Weather Policy
Should dangerous weather reduce your climb time by more than half of your scheduled time, you will receive a non-transferable voucher for a group adventure experience.
Training
No prior experience is needed. Operators help participants into their harness, review the rules, and provide a short safety briefing before climbing.
